Bob is a man of principal and built from scratch an outstanding construction management company. His company, Regional Builders, delivers outstanding construction results at a competitive cost and on time. As a result, Regional Builders was awarded all of our construction projects at Halpern Eye Care over an eight year period (2 new 13,000 +/- s.f. buildings and 2 retrofits).
