Previously a retail store, this leased space required extensive interior layout, electrical and plumbing revisions to transform into a medical/optical office. A special feature of the office is the stained concrete floor, including the Halpern logo just inside the entrance.

Seaford Office
Inside the two Halpern-occupied suites of the building is a stunning stained concrete floor. Other features of the building are bi-parting automatic doors and Halpern's trademark atrium.

Dover Office
Extensive interior layout, plumbing and electrical changes were needed to renovate this leased space from a business office to a medical/optical office.
